(a fork would also work, just takes a little longer)

Ingredients

large ripe bananas
about 1½ cups mashed

rolled oats
1/2

peanut butter
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a bowl, mash the bananas.

Stir in rolled oats, salt, peanut butter and chocolate chips.

Stir until creamy and well mixed.
Add the mixture to a 9x9 baking pan and smooth the top flat.
Bake for about 20 minutes, until the edges are a little brown. The bars will be soft and somewhat crumbly until they fully cool.
