Bacon Cheeseburger Meatloaf
These little individual meatloaves are perfect sized for a meal and reheat later for easy leftovers.

Ingredients

ground beef

ground lamb

ground pork

onion
finely diced

bacon
cooked and crumbled
½
cup
bread crumbs

tbsp
yellow mustard
3
tbsp
Worcestershire sauce

tsp
salt

tsp
pepper

dill weed

eggs

cup
cubed cheese
½
cup
ketchup
Instructions
Cut up the raw bacon into small pieces. Fry up and remove cooked bacon from grease.
Add raw onions to bacon grease and cook until soft.
Remove onions from heat and stir in mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dill, salt and pepper.
In a bowl, combine the ground meat, onion mixture, bread crumbs, eggs and cheese.
Mix thoroughly.
Form meat mixture into little loaves and line up on cookie sheets.
Rub a little ketchup on the top of each loaf.
Bake for 20-25 minutes until inside temperature is at least 165℉.
