“Choose your own adventure” pork bundles
Pre-order your flavorful, outdoor raised, corn/soy/GMO-free, Berkshire pork.
Below you can create your own pork bundle…choosing just the cuts you need, so you don’t end up with a freezer of pork you don’t know what to do with!
How it works:
1. Select the size bundle below that fits your pork needs (1/4, 1/2 or whole).
2. When the dropdown expands, select cuts of meat under each section. Note that your costs will tally up based on what you choose AND you’ll see your 10-15% off discount (depending on size) for buying in bulk at the bottom!
3. After you submit your form, you will receive a copy of your order via email. I’ll contact you to discuss the best way to make your $200 deposit. I accept Venmo, PayPal or cash.
4. I put together your order, you pay your remaining costs as noted on the form and your meat gets delivered or you pick it up. Then it’s into the oven or on the grill to make amazing meals for your family and friends!
Note: If you are looking for a clean corn/soy/GMO free option for your pork, note the items with the * in front of them. Our meat starts out with corn/soy/GMO free when the hogs are growing on our farm, but if the processing involves adding other ingredients or smoking or curing, then there aren’t any guarantees.

Choose your bundle size:
1/4 Hog Bundle (about 35lbs of meat)
1/2 hog bundle (about 70lbs of meat)
Whole hog bundle (about 140lbs of meat)
*FYI – the meat won’t be available until spring 2025. But you can still submit your order to get in on the good deal!
FAQs:
Are there any additional costs?
There is no additional processing, tax or delivery cost. Everything is included in the final cost you see on the form.
When do I get my meat?
The meat should be ready by mid-September. In the past, this time varied somewhat widely depending on how busy the processor is. I will be in touch with you, updating you with any details I get from Prairie Meats.
Why do the meat weights say “about” and not actual numbers?
No cut of meat is EXACTLY the same size as another. The packages will vary a little depending on the size and shape of the animal and how it is cut. We try to get them about the same so you have a general idea.
How much freezer space will I need?
A general rule is you need 1 cubic foot of freezer space for every 15-20lbs of meat. For reference, the interior of a milk crate is slightly more than a cubic foot. For a half hog you need 3.5 cubic feet and for a whole hog you will need 7 cubic feet.
How long does the meat last in my freezer?
All meat except the ground is vaccum sealed to maintain freshness for up to a year. The ground will be fine for a year as well.
